  • All products are printed based on the artwork, size, quantity, and specifications provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the uploaded artwork is accurate, properly formatted, and free from errors.

  • Minor variations in color, size, or finishing may occur due to printing processes and material limitations.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.

  • GST will be calculated and added at checkout as per applicable rates.

  • Full payment must be made in advance to confirm an order.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom printed products.

4. Order Confirmation & Production

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and artwork submission.

  • Once the order enters the production stage, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Production timelines mentioned on the website are approximate and may vary based on order volume and technical requirements.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer Pan-India shipping through third-party courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order is dispatched.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • As our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not applicable once production has started.

  • Refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases of verified printing defects or transit damage, as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers confirm that they own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it.

  • We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations arising from customer-provided content.

  • All website content, images, and designs are protected and may not be copied without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
