Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing our printing services. As all our products are custom-made and printed as per customer specifications, we follow a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before the artwork is approved and production has started.
Once the order moves into the printing or production stage, cancellation will not be accepted.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
Urgent Dispatch Orders (Important)
Orders placed with Urgent Dispatch (24–48 Working Hours) are prioritized for immediate printing and processing.
Once an urgent order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The Urgent Dispatch fee is strictly non-refundable.
Urgent Dispatch applies only to printing and dispatch timelines. Courier delivery time depends on the customer’s location and courier partner.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom printing, refunds are not applicable once production has started.
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
The order was cancelled before production began
The product received is damaged during transit
There is a printing defect or material issue clearly caused by us
In such cases, customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or video proof for verification.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Minor color variations due to screen-to-print differences
Errors in the artwork provided by the customer
Change of mind after order confirmation
Delay caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
Urgent Dispatch fee once the order has entered production
Replacement Policy
If a genuine printing or material defect is confirmed, we may offer:
A replacement of the product, or
A partial or full refund, depending on the issue
The final decision will be taken after internal quality verification.
Processing Time
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
